Helping More People Try Archery!
Black Sheep Harmony are a dynamic female A Cappella Vocal Group based in Bristol, and as part of their weekend visit to Somerset, a couple of their group who are already archers, wanted to give archery try. We were happy to help, and the range was set aside for around 20 members of Black Sheep Harmony to try archery on a Sunday morning in September.

Archery 'Have a Go' at local show
The Brompton Regis Show and Gymkhana is a popular show held annually in the beautiful Somerset countryside.
In 2025, we were pleased to host 'Have a Go' sessions for people who wanted to try archery.
This proved popular, and was great to see so many loving our fantastic sport of archery!

Archery Taster Day at Wootton Courtenay - 2024
As part of ArcheryGB’s summer of celebration, Aim for Paris, we held an archery taster day on 1st September 2024 to encourage people to give our sport a go.

Super West Somerset Archer Achievement
May 2024 started on a very high note for Peter - who shot six consecutive arrows into the gold in one end.
This is a super photo of a fabulous moment that any archer is proud to achieve.
Peter's a fairly new member to the club, and is great to see him doing so well, congratulations Peter!
